About Us

Danielle Bousso created Danni B. Services, out of her passion for financial planning, creating planners and dashboards within various applications. Danielle has a bachelors in business administration and accounting and a masters in IT management. With more than 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, she understands the importance of managing budgets and forecasts and data driven decision making. As a FP&A manager, she has worked on a number of projects where she simplified business processes and created platforms that provided business partners visibility into their financial standing resulting in them closing multi-million dollar overspend gaps. 

Danni B. Services expertise includes:

• Metrics and Analytics: Analyzing and manipulating data into a form that provide stakeholders visibility into relevant performance indicators

• System and Process Implementation: Danielle has won a number of corporate recognitions in leading initiatives that deal with analyzing data to implement better business practices and processes.

• Team Leadership: Her experience entails managing teams that serve partners with multi-million dollar budgets, collaboratively leading teams to implement new applications and improve business processes.

• Cross Functional Relationships: Creating connections to develop an understanding of clientele needs and how to best serve them.
